Very clean business. Easy access and even freight elevators for moving big items up and down floors. Amazing, caring, understanding, friendly and accommodating staff that cares about the customer. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for storage in this area!

Great place to use for storage!

Very good storage unit, great owners. I had some initial issues when I rented the unit online, all of which were completely my fault. I underestimated how much space I really needed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They kept every thing clean, even gave out free hand sanitizer. They also have hand carts, and moving dollies on site for when you're unloading or loading your stuff. I've used other storage units in the area in the past and in my time living in Kansas and this place is by far the best one. If I ever need a storage unit again I'll definitely come back here.

Great storage facility! Really nice staff and very helpful.

The best self storage around! It is super clean and well run. Everyone is very helpful. There are other self storage businesses closer to me but I drive a half hour to use Highlands. It was the only large self storage that I could find with a fair price and climate controlled. I’m beyond thrilled that it is also super clean and user friendly!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facilities are clean and even pleasing to the eye. I compared prices for a few places and they had the better price. I don't usually give a review but I would like everyone looking ffg or a storage center that this is where they need to shop. 😉

In a class by themself! Best Storage place I have ever used

I visited this facility to write up a story and was impressed with this state-of-the-art facility. I have never seen a storage house so clean and Michelle and the owners are absolutely wonderful. The wine storage is absolutely amazing. They truly thought of everything to make sure wine is stored properly. It truly looks like a Tuscany wine cellar. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

Wine storage is phenomenal. I've been using the self storage facility for years and just started my wine collection. I don't have a wine cellar at home, Highlands Wine Storage is the next best thing. You have to see it to believe it. Highly recommend.

We been using Highlands Self Storage for years. They are the newest and cleanest facility in the area. We store all of our holiday decorations with them and anything else that won't fit in our townhouse. The owners are really nice and the monthly fee is very reasonable.

I've never seen a cleaner storage facility. I can't wait to store my wine. Knowing that my wine that is worth in the thousands can be stored off site to me is priceless. Great rates.. A+++
